Same Same but Different

The Dassenach tribe live close to Omorate in the far south of Ethiopia. To get there requires a short dugout canoe trip across the Omo River, an unstable form of transport. These girls were keen to pose for a photograph, perhaps because I brought with me some photographs that I had taken on a previous visit to the village to give out as gifts.
